Overview

To access Suplery, a user has to have a User account. To create one, invite your teammate to Suplery.

How to invite a team member

  1. Open the Users page, and choose Invite user. The invitation modal window will open.

  2. Fill in a new user email, pick the role, and, if needed, group, then click Send invitations.

  3. Now, your team member will receive a letter with an invitation link and can register an account.

    Users who are invited but have not yet accepted the invitation will be marked as invited.

How do I add several users at once?

You may invite several users simultaneously with the same roles and groups. Or add a new line by clicking +Add another for different role and group combinations.

Which roles can be assigned to a user?

You can assign to employee one or several roles within Suplery: Account owner, Settings and Users, Orders, Inventory. Read more about the access provided by these roles here. Remember, you can assign someone only the roles you have.

Team member didn’t receive invitation email

Please, ask them to ckeck their spam folder. If your team member can’t find the invitation, you may resend it. To do this, click Resend near the user name.

How to cancel a user invitation

You may cancel an invitation until it is accepted. To cancel an invitation, click on the user name, then click the Delete invitation in the lower left corner.

How to sign up by invitation

If you've received an invitation to join Suplery, follow these steps to get started:

  1. Click the link in the email.

  2. Create a username and password.

  3. Agree to the terms and privacy policy.

  4. Click Accept invitation.

If you've previously used Suplery, you may see a simplified registration screen with your data pre-filled.

  • If you want to share this data, simply enter your password to begin using Suplery within a new company.

  • You can always choose to change your first and last name by unchecking the box “Copy name and photo from the last company” and completing the full registration.

What happens when a user accepts the invitation

  • You'll receive a notification that the user has accepted your invitation.

  • Their status in the user list will change to Active, indicating their access is activated.

  • The user will be able to access Suplery with the permissions (roles) you assigned to them.

FAQ

Why does it say “A user already exists," but there is no such user in the list?

The user you're trying to add might be archived. Archived users are inactive and hidden from the regular user list. Check Show archived to see the full list of users.
