Before the order is built, Suplery asks how you'd like to handle it — and the best choice depends on how far off the next scheduled order is:
Order only what's needed until the next scheduled order — a top-up to cover the gap. Best when that order is coming up soon.
Include the next scheduled order now — bring your next planned order forward and handle it in one go instead of ordering twice. Best when the next order is still a while off.
Once you've chosen, Suplery builds the matching order, and Review order opens it for you to check and place — just like any other order.
💡 Use case. A toner will run out midweek but your monthly order is only three days away — order just enough to cover the gap. If it were three weeks off, you'd include the next scheduled order instead and save yourself a second order.

Any order you've placed or scheduled shows up as an upcoming delivery in each product's stock history. That keeps your planning honest — Suplery counts what's coming, so it won't suggest reordering something that's already on a truck, and you can see at a glance what's due to arrive.
