The Shop is where you discover products from professional beauty brands and see the full, verified information Suplery keeps on each one — so you can choose on facts, not guesswork.

Search by product or brand name, browse by category, and sort or narrow the results until you have what you want.

Click a product to open its drawer — the supplier, the variants, the price and discounts, the full information, and the attached documents all live here.

A product can come in variants — different shades, sizes, or volumes of the same thing. When it does, you'll see an option choice in the drawer; pick the one you need, and the price, photo, and details update to match it.

Some products are offered by several suppliers. The supplier name at the top of the drawer shows who you're buying from — click it to switch to another supplier, and the price updates to that supplier's offer.

Suppliers can differ on price, rating, delivery speed, and the order amount each one sets for free delivery — so it's worth a quick look before you decide. This is where the Shop earns its keep. For each product you get the fullest professional profile Suplery can assemble:

Some items are sets — several products sold together. A set's page has the usual product information plus a list of links to each product inside it, so you can see exactly what's included. When a set arrives in your inventory, you can split it into the individual products or keep it as a single item — whichever suits how you work. Every product shows its availability. Items that are out of stock or temporarily unavailable stay in the list (sorted toward the end) and show an Expected to be restocked note where there's a date — so you can plan a reorder instead of losing track of them.

Tap the heart on a product to favorite it, or add it to your inventory to bring the product — and its documents — into your own catalog. Favorites, setting items aside for later, and tailoring what your Shop recommends are all covered in LINK Personalize your Shop [to Personalize your Shop].

💬 Why can't I see a price? Prices are wholesale and appear only once your business is verified. Until then you'll see Unlock wholesale price in place of the price — finish verification to reveal it. See LINK Get started & verify your business [to Get started & verify your business].

💬 Can I buy without verifying, as a regular customer? No. Suplery is a professional, business-to-business marketplace — buying needs a verified professional business with a valid professional license, and isn't open to ordinary consumers.

💬 How do I switch supplier for a product? A product opens on the supplier you last bought it from. To change, click the supplier name at the top of the product drawer and choose another — you can switch any time, and the price updates to that supplier's offer.

💬 Where do I find a product's SDS and protocols? They're attached to the product, inside its drawer. Add the product to your favorites or inventory and the documents stay within easy reach.

💬 Can I search by product characteristics? Yes — you can find products by their characteristics, not just by name.

💬 What brands does Suplery carry? Browse them from the Brands area in the top menu, or open the Suppliers tab on any collection page to see the suppliers there.
