Ready to verify your business? First, confirm your email address. This ensures you receive important notifications from us.
We automatically send a confirmation email right after registration. Look for it in your inbox and follow the instructions to activate your account. Once you click the link, you'll see a confirmation message, and you'll be ready to fill out the verification form!

Please, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, simply click Resend confirmation link on the setup page. We'll send you a new one!
How to fill in legal company information
To access selling at marketplace and receiving orders from clients, fill out some legal information about your company. This helps us create the best connections between beauty businesses and verified suppliers like yours. Moreover, your data is required to receive payments and all the related documents.
To start, press Fill in the application form.

We automatically save your progress as you fill out the form. So even if you close the page or accidentally reload, your data will be there waiting for you.
Business structure
To begin, choose your company's legal structure from the drop-down list. It is referred to as your “company type” and could be LLC, Corporation, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship, etc. You'll find this information in your company's registration documents.
Be aware that, at this time, only companies that are legally conducting business in the USA are allowed at Suplery. Make sure you have a US bank account and can produce or import your product into the USA.
Don’t have business in US?
At this point, we cannot provide our services for businesses that are not presented in the USA. Please choose your country during registration and leave an email. And we will be pleased to notify you when the option appears.
Legal name and Doing business as
Fill in the required fields for Legal name and Doing business as (DBA). Note:
Legal name should exactly match the name on your official government registration documents.
If your customers know you by a different name, enter it here. This is optional, but required if you have a confirmed DBA. If you leave it blank, your display name will match your legal name. You can find your DBA name on official business documents.
Company corporate address
Please, provide your company's actual operating address for official mailings and identification.
Please note, we don't accept registration agent addresses.
Company logo
Your logo helps buyers identify your products and orders. We even include it in communications with your clients! Here's what to keep in mind when uploading your logo:
Only use logos you have the rights to (or have permission from the owner).
Logos should be image-only, without advertising text or photographs.
No vulgar or offensive content is allowed.
Upload a clear image between 200x200 pixels and 3000x3000 pixels, in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format. The file size must be under 4MB.
Company website
Adding your company website is a great way to help us verify your business and give potential buyers more information about you. Simply enter your website address in the designated field.
Employer identification number
Fill in your Employer identification number (EIN). This is also known as your Federal Tax Identification Number. It's a unique nine-digit number assigned by the IRS to businesses in the United States.
I don’t have EIN, how can I register?
Unfortunately, you cannot continue your registration without this number. Please register EIN at IRS.
Business license
To ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone on marketplace, we need to verify your business license. This helps us confirm you're a legitimate beauty supplier.
How to add a business license:
Click Add business license. A new window will appear.
Choose your state from the drop-down menu.
Enter your license number and end date (or tick Perpetual if it doesn't expire).
Upload a clear photo or scan of your license. Make sure all the data is readable.
Click Save license.
The state of company registration and the state of the active business license must match. Please make sure the states match before proceeding.
Sales tax info
Since Suplery products are subject to sales tax, we need your sales tax ID to comply with regulations. This ID, also called a sales tax permit or seller's permit, is issued by your state's tax agency. You'll find it on your tax registration documents.
Order processing point
For accurate and timely deliveries, please provide the complete address where your orders will be picked up by the courier service. Keeping this address up-to-date is essential for a smooth order fulfillment process.
Company bank account information
To ensure you receive timely payments for your Suplery sales, please provide your bank account details. We use secure methods to transfer your earnings directly to your account.
How to find Routing number and Account number?
A Routing number is a unique, nine-digit number that functions as an address for your bank.Your Account number is specific to your personal account. It's the second set of numbers printed on the bottom of your checks, just to the right of the bank Routing number.
Form W-9
For secure and legal payouts, U.S. law requires us to collect your taxpayer information through a W-9 form. This form includes your legal name, address, and Taxpayer Identification Number (EIN).
We've created a W-9 form based on the details you provided earlier. Simply click Review and confirm W-9 Form. A pop-up window will appear showing this information. Please take a moment to review and confirm the following:
Legal name.
Complete company mailing address.
Double-check your EIN for accuracy.
It's important to keep this data up-to-date, as we use it to generate Form 1099 for tax reporting at year-end. Once you've confirmed everything is correct, click Confirm to proceed.
What happens after company information is sent
Once you've filled in all your details, click Submit application. We'll carefully review your information and get back to you soon.

How do I change the data after I have submitted it?
You can update the information while it is under review. To do this, click Check sent data, enter the necessary details, and click Update data.
Company verification failed
If there are any discrepancies in the information you provided, your application will show a Company verification failed status. Don't worry, this status will include a detailed explanation from our team outlining the specific data missing or any errors found.
To resolve these issues and complete your verification, simply make the necessary changes as outlined in the explanation and click Resubmit application.
Successful company verification
Congratulations! Your setup is complete. Now you can unlock the full potential of Suplery! Head over to the marketplace and place your products.
