Keeping your data up-to-date is crucial to ensure you get paid on time, comply with regulations, and avoid any troubles.

Here's how to easily update your data:

  • After you sign up, you can access settings on the left side of the screen under Settings and then General.

  • This section is conveniently divided into three tabs according to the type of information: Marketplace and Shipping, Company, and Payments and Taxes.

  • Simply click on the relevant tab and update any details that might have changed. Some changes might require approval, but you'll be notified.

We want to make sure you have a smooth experience, and keeping your information accurate is a big part of that. Reach out to us if you have any questions.

Marketplace and Shipping

These settings give you control over how your products are displayed, priced, and shipped, making things convenient for you and following your business rules.

Marketplace showcase

Display my products in the Marketplace setting controls whether your products are visible for sale on the Suplery Marketplace:

  • A green label means your products are actively listed and ready to be purchased by Suplery users.

  • Slide the Display my products in the Marketplace to disable if you need to temporarily stop selling your products. This will hide them from view.

Default retail markup

For the products you allow to resell, you may set the relail price either for each product one-by-one or using the default coefficient.

The default retail markup is the coefficient that defines the standard ratio of the recommended retail price in relation to the wholesale price.

Just enter the percentage you use in the designated field. The default is 2, but feel free to adjust it based on your needs.

Auto-confirmation of new orders

After a client submits an order, you will need to confirm it. This setting lets you decide how to confirm orders with your customers:

  • Automatic confirmation (faster). Enable it if your stock levels in Suplery are always accurate. Orders will automatically be confirmed without needing manual review, speeding things up. Just pack and ship!

Automatic confirmation only works if your stock is always up-to-date across all platforms. If you sell elsewhere, be sure to update Suplery to avoid accidentally confirming out-of-stock items.

  • Manual confirmation (more control). It gives your order manager a chance to review each order before confirming it with the customer.

Choose whichever method best fits your workflow — simply drag the Confirm orders automatically slider.

Shipping

In Suplery, you cannot use the minimal order quantity setting. However, you may define shipping costs for orders that are below a certain total amount. Here's what you need to set:

  • Shipping rate: let buyers know how much they'll pay for shipping if the order amount is less than the minimum amount for free shipping.

  • Free shipping for orders over: set an order amount where shipping becomes free, making your products more attractive.

Order processing point

Enter your complete and up-to-date shipping address here. This ensures your orders reach buyers quickly and without any hiccups.

Need to clarify something for the courier? Maybe it's a specific floor or building entrance? Add any important details here to smooth out the pickup process.

Save settings

Once you've reviewed and updated your data, click Save marketplace and shipping settings to keep it all locked in.
